  • Have any admin level permissions (manage users / portals / calendar, customize modules / fields / layouts / pipelines etc.)
  • Convert leads / quotes / sales orders
  • Access or work with Reports and Analytics
  • Integrate their email inbox, send emails, or manage email templates
  • Initiate calls / meetings
  • Import/export records, or use macros on records
  • Create or manage automation (workflows / Blueprint / CommandCenter / approval and review processes etc.)
  • Perform data administration tasks (data migration, access Sandbox etc.)
  • Access AI / Zia features (they can use data enrichment)
  • Access Google / Microsoft integration features
  • Get API access
  • Have any developer permissions
