  • Yes, you can do that anytime you like. Your plan will be upgraded as soon as you opt for it. In case you downgrade your plan, it will be processed at the end of the billing cycle.

  • Of course, you will be able to access the data only for the past 30 days after you downgrade your plan. However, you wouldn't be able to access the historical data which is not a part of your plan.

  • Zoho Apptics is a pro-privacy solution that offers the best in class security for your app's data. At Zoho, we take data security very seriously. That's why we have been audited for industry standards certifications such as ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, ISO 27701 and compliance with the SOC 2 Type II. We also comply with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
