Invite Technician
The Invite Technician feature lets you bring another technician into an active cobrowse session for additional support. This is useful for getting second-level assistance, resolving complex issues faster, and collaborating with a teammate — all without ending the current session.
Note
You can only invite technicians from your org.
How to invite another technician
During an active session, click Invite Technician from the left toolbar.
Enter the email address of the technician you want to invite from your organization.

The invited technician will receive a prompt to join the session. Once they accept, they’ll be able to view the customer’s browser and assist you in real time.
