Joining Session Using Session ID

  1. Go to join.zoho.com.
  2. Enter your name and the session ID shared by your technician, then click JOIN SESSION.

  1. Click Download in the new browser window that opens.

  1. Double-click ZA_Connect.exe to join the remote support session initiated by your technician.

  1. Open the session link sent by your technician.
  2. Enter your name and click JOIN SESSION.
  3. Click Download in the new browser window that opens.

  1. Double-click ZA_Connect.exe and then click JOIN to enter the remote support session.

Joining Session Using Email Invite

  1. Open the email invite sent by your technician.
  2. Click JOIN SESSION.

  1. Once the page opens with the pre-filled session ID and name, click JOIN SESSION.
  2. Click Download on the next page that appears.

  1. Double-click ZA_Connect.exe to join the remote support session initiated by your technician.

Joining Session from Android Device

  1. Download Zoho Assist - Customer from Google Play Store.

  1. Enter the session key shared by your technician.

  1. Click ACCEPT to grant access to screen sharing.

  1. Click START NOW when prompted to begin screen sharing.
  2. To allow the technician to control your device, click ALLOW when prompted.

  1. Click ACTIVATE to grant administrator privileges for remote control.

Joining Session from iOS Device

  1. Download Customer App - Zoho Assist from the App Store.
  2. Follow the onboarding screens and click Agree & Continue.
  3. Enter the session key shared by your technician and click Join.

Joining Session from Linux OS

  1. Open the session join link sent by your technician.
  2. Click Download 32-bit or Download 64-bit in the new browser that opens.

  1. Right-click on the downloaded Connect application.

  1. Click Properties and select Permissions.
  2. Enable Allow executing file as program.

  1. Once enabled, double-click the Connect application to join the session.
