Integrate Zoho Commerce With Mailchimp
Mailchimp is a comprehensive marketing platform that helps businesses engage their customers through email campaigns and automation tools. Integrating Mailchimp with Zoho Commerce enables you to seamlessly connect your online store with Mailchimp’s email marketing platform, allowing you to automate campaigns, manage customer lists, and run targeted marketing efforts more efficiently.
Note: Make sure your Zoho Commerce store is published. An existing store is required to sync customer data with Mailchimp.
- Log in to your Zoho Commerce organization.
- Click Settings in the top right corner.
- Navigate to Sales & Marketing under Integrations.
- Click Show Details under Mailchimp.
- If your Zoho Commerce store is not published, you’ll be prompted to publish the store before proceeding.
- Once your Zoho Commerce store is published, click Connect.
- Select the Mailchimp Lists you want to sync your customers’ data .
- Click Sync to start syncing your store’s customer data with the selected Mailchimp list.
Once synced, your customers’ data from Zoho Commerce will be added to the selected Mailchimp list, allowing you to run targeted email campaigns.
Disconnect the Integration
Warning: When you disconnect your Zoho Commerce store from Mailchimp, all the store data synced to Mailchimp will be removed.
If you want to discontinue the integration between your online store and Mailchimp, you can do so by using the Disconnect option. Here’s how:
- Log in to your Zoho Commerce organization.
- Click Settings in the top right corner.
- Navigate to Sales & Marketing under Integrations.
- Click Show Details under Mailchimp.
- Click Disconnect to disable the integration.
- Click Disconnect again to confirm your action.
