Manage Stocks

In Zoho Commerce, you can adjust all your items’ quantity under Manage Stocks. The value entered in the opening stock field while creating a item will be reflected here. The quantity of the item will change automatically based on the number of orders received for the particular item.

Increase Quantity

You can increase the quantity of your items once you restock them. To do so:

Go to Manage Stocks under Items.
Select Increase By in the Action field next to the item whose stock you want to increase.
Enter the quantity to be increased in the Quantity field and click Save.

Decrease Quantity

Here’s how you can decrease the quantity of your items:

Go to Manage Stocks under Items.
Select Decrease By in the Action field next to the item whose stock you want to decrease.
Enter the quantity to be increased in the Quantity field and click Save.

Set Quantity

You can also directly set the available quantity of a item. To do so:

Go to Manage Stocks under Items.
Select Set as in the Action field next to the item whose stock you want to update.
Enter the quantity to be updated in the Quantity field and click Save.

Sort By

Sorting items allows you to view all the items in a particular order. You can sort items based on the default sorting options that are available. They are:

Last Modified Time
Item Name
Available Quantity

To sort items:

Go to Manage Stocks under Items.
Click More on the top right corner.
Choose how you want to sort your items.
