Integrate Zoho Commerce with Vikra Seller

Zoho Commerce integration with Vikra Seller lets you expand your business by providing the ability to directly sell on the ONDC network. With this integration, you are no longer limited to the customers who visit your website but gain access to buyers across India on the ONDC network.

Prerequisites

• You should be an active admin in both Vikra Seller and Zoho Commerce to integrate existing organizations.
• Your Zoho Commerce organization should be in India edition hosted on the Indian data center and your base currency should be INR.

Set Up the Integration

Here’s how you can integrate Zoho Commerce with Vikra Seller:

• Go to Settings and click Zoho Apps under Integrations & Marketplace.
• Click Try Now next to Vikra Seller.
• If you already have a Vikra Seller organization, click Connect next to the organization name.
• Check I have read and agreed to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Vikra after reading it. Click Confirm and Proceed.
• Alternatively, if you do not have an existing Vikra Seller organization, you will be redirected to create a new Vikra Seller organization.

Data Sync Across the Applications

Once you integrate Zoho Commerce and Vikra Seller:

• Orders placed in Vikra Seller will be visible in Zoho Commerce and vice versa. You will also be able to filter out the origin of the order, be it in Zoho Commerce or Vikra Seller.
• Items will be synced in both the applications.
• Shipping zones will be shared between applications.
• Organization and tax information will remain common in both applications.
