Overview

Deluge Name is used to refer the fieldname in the Application. Each Application/Form/Report consist of a deluge name of its own. Deluge name is also referred as link name. Deluge field names are often used in the following places.

• In the script(Workflow).
• To set values for the form field via URL.
• To filter records from the Report via URL.

You can get all the application/form/field deluge names. For this, you can login and access https://creator.zoho.com/api/reference to view them.

 Deluge Name of an Application

To get the deluge name of the application,

• From the dashboard page, Go to Application Settings.
• In the Application -> General page, the Application Link field is displayed.
• The Application link name available in the editor area of the Application link field is the deluge name of the application.
• You can copy the application deluge name and use it wherever you need.

 Deluge Name of a Form

To get the deluge name of a form,

• From the dashboard page, select the form from the Forms tab.
• In the Form properties tab, you will find the form link name under “Script Settings” section.
• The Form link name is the deluge name of the form.
• You can copy the field deluge name and use it wherever you need.

 Deluge Name of a Field

To get the deluge name of a field from the Form,

• From the dashboard page, select the form from the Forms tab.
• Select a field from the editor area.
• The field properties tab will be displayed on the right hand corner.
• Under Field properties tab, you will find the Field Deluge name.
• You can copy the field Deluge name and use it wherever you need.
