Upgrade the Application Version for Customers 

You can upgrade your application for active users when a new version is published. This ensures users always benefit from the latest features and fixes.

Steps to Upgrade:

• Log in to the Zoho Developer Console and select Start Building under Vertical Studio.

• Choose your application and click Edit.

• Navigate to Manage Upgrades > Manage Customers.

• Select the user from the list to view available actions.

• Click Upgrade, review the changes, and confirm in the dialog box.

Pro Tip

Always test new versions with a test account before upgrading live customer accounts.

Change Subscription and Purchase Add-Ons 

In Partner/Reseller Purchase Mode, partners can manage customer subscriptions, licenses, and add-ons.

​To Manage Subscriptions:

1. Log in to the Zoho Developer Console.

2. Navigate to Manage Upgrades > Manage Customers.

3. Select the customer and click Action > Purchase (trial users) or Action > Manage (subscribed users).

4. Update the subscription plan or purchase add-ons.
   

View Upgrade History 

The upgrade history displays detailed records, including previous and current versions, status, and completion times of each upgrade.

Steps to View History:

1. Navigate to Manage Upgrades > Manage Customers.

2. Select the customer and click Action > Upgrade History.
   

Export Customer Data 

Exporting customer data enables detailed analysis or record-keeping outside the Developer Console. Data is exported in CSV format.

How to Export Data:

• Navigate to Manage Upgrades > Manage Customers.

• Use filters (e.g., subscription type, version) to narrow down customer data, if required.

• Click Export to download all or selected customer details.
