# Can I delete loan repayments that have been manually recorded?

Yes, you can delete manual records of loan repayment in the Loans module as long as the pay run for the repayment month is not processed. If the pay run is processed, you will have to revert the pay run and then delete the manual repayment record.

*   Go to the **Loans** module.
*   Select the employee for whom you want to delete the loan.
*   Click the **Trash** icon next to the manual repayment record. 
*   Select **Yes** to confirm that you want to delete the loan.
