You can also create and assign roles to each user so that they have access only to the modules that they are to handle. Since our app is a cloud-based application, multiple users can work on it simultaneously from any location. * * * ## Users ### Add a User You can add a new user to your organization by inviting them. * Navigate to **Settings** and click **Users & Roles**. ![Users Tab in Zoho Payroll](/payroll/help/en-sa/settings/users-and-roles/users-tab-in-zoho-payroll.png) * Click **Invite User** on the top right corner. * Enter the **Name**, **Email**, and **Role** of the user. * Click **Invite**. ![Add a User in Zoho Payroll](/payroll/help/en-sa/settings/users-and-roles/add-user-in-zoho-payroll.png) An invitation email will be sent to the email provided.
