Zoho FSM allows you to customize the information you see on the Dispatch Console for a better user experience.
Change the colors that indicate the various stages of a requests, work orders, or service appointments. This gets reflected in the Gantt for you to monitor the status of a service appointment easily.
You can also modify the data in the appointment bar in the Gantt view and the user calendars. Add or remove information to get all the details you need at a glance.
