What is Zoho One?
Zoho One is an integrated platform designed to create more connected and agile organizations. It features 45+ business applications that enhance how different areas of a company (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Human Resources, Finance, etc.) work and collaborate, while also offering better user management, connecting the entire organization, providing advanced analytics, and more.
What editions are available in Zoho One?
We currently have two editions: Essentials, designed for companies starting their digitalization process, which includes all the necessary tools for a company to carry out all its sales, customer service, collaboration, marketing and finance functions smoothly.
The Standard Edition, on the other hand, includes more than 45 applications and all necessary services for a company of any size to operate efficiently and connected.
What's included in Zoho One Essentials?

What's included in Zoho One's standard plan?
Zoho One includes more than 45 enterprise-level online applications to grow sales, market your business, do your accounting, communicate with teammates and customers, and much more. This plan includes web, mobile, and installed versions of our applications, as well as browser extensions and other useful extras. If I already have Zoho One's Standard edition, Can I downgrade to the Essentials plan?
Yes, but you'll have to downgrade all the users associated with your organization. If you want to downgrade, you can get in touch with us by sending an email to ventas@zohocrop.com
I just started my free trial for Zoho One Essentials plan. Why can I see all applications?
When you start your free trial, you will have access to Zoho One's full potential for the duration of the trial. When the trial ends, you can decide whether to stay with the Essentials Plan or the Standard Plan.
How much does Zoho One cost?
It depends on the plan and licensing model you choose:
Essentials: The Essentials plan costs - per user per month with annual licensing.
Standard Plan, flexible users: The Zoho One standard plan costs US$90 per user per month with annual licensing. However, if you decide to purchase Zoho One licenses for all users in your organization, you might be eligible for the All-employees model.
Standard Plan, All-employees: If you decide to purchase Zoho One licenses for your entire team, you might be eligible for the Zoho One All-employees price, which is US$37 per user per month with annual licensing.
