Where do I view all the written-off invoices?

All the written-off invoices will be recorded under the Bad Debt account.

To view the written-off invoices:

• Go to Zoho Books and select Reports from the left sidebar.
• Navigate to the Accountant section and select Account Transactions.
• Click Customise Report on the top of the page.
• Select Bad Debt from the Account dropdown, choose a suitable Date Range and click Run Report.
