Can I send money to bank accounts other than ICICI Bank from Zoho Books? How do I do it?

Yes, you can. As long as you have your ICICI Bank account integrated with Zoho Books and added the vendor’s bank account details, you will be able to make payments to any other bank account.

To make payments: 

• Click the Pay via ICICI button from the respective bill. A pop-up appears and you will be prompted to fill in the necessary details.
• Select a Transaction Type: RTGS, NEFT or IMPS.
• Click Proceed to make payments to other bank accounts via Zoho Books. 
 Also, you can track the status of the payment in the Payments Made section below the respective Bill.
