Where is my payout?
You can track the payouts that will be deposited to your account from the Payouts module of Zoho Payments. Payouts will either be in the Initiated, Deposited, or Failed status.
Initiated: Your payout will be initiated to your bank account from Zoho Payments based on your payout schedule. If your payouts are delayed, you can contact your bank and provide them with the Bank Reference ID found in the particular payout to track its status. Find out when to expect your payout.
Deposited: Your payout has been successfully credited to your bank account. You should be able to identify it with ZOHO PAYMENTS
as the descriptor or the custom payout descriptor you created.
Failed: The payout has been initiated but could not be processed to your bank account. Check your Zoho Payments dashboard to resolve the issue. Read more on failed payouts.
