In 2025, we introduced SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA integrations to Zoho Flow. Shortly after, we started receiving requests to add support for SAP Business One integrations—and we listened.
Today, we're excited to announce SAP Business One (B1) integrations to Zoho Flow!
With this release, you can now build workflows that connect SAP Business One with the rest of your tech stack and automate routine processes without relying on custom code.
Why SAP integrations?
For many growing businesses, SAP Business One is where critical operational data lives, handling customers, orders, inventory, and finance. However, most day-to-day work involves applications outside the ERP.
Sales teams close deals in CRMs and coordinate through internal communication tools. Support teams manage customer requests in helpdesk applications. Operations teams track deliveries, returns, and stock movement using multiple systems.
When these tools aren't connected to your SAP B1 environment, you'll have to move data manually, deal with delayed changes or responses, or rely on spreadsheets to keep things running smoothly.
Integrating your SAP with your tech stack and automating workflows around it removes this friction and speeds up operations.
Workflows you can start automating today
Here are a few practical ways you can integrate SAP Business One with Zoho Flow:
Sales order automation
When a deal is closed in your CRM, say HubSpot CRM, automatically create a sales order in SAP Business One with the respective customer and item details.
Customer onboarding
Start onboarding workflows in Zoho CRM or Zoho Desk when a new business partner is created or updated in SAP B1.
Purchase and inventory coordination
Notify finance or procurement teams via email or messaging apps like Slack when goods receipts or purchase invoices are created.
Support with ERP context
When a customer raises a support ticket, retrieve invoice, delivery, or return details from SAP B1, and provide that information to help desk apps or team communication apps so agents have the complete picture immediately.
Workflows like these remove manual handoffs while keeping SAP B1 at the center of operations—and they're now available to Zoho Flow users.
Cloud flexibility. ERP-grade security.
Integrating ERP systems often raises concerns about data access and security, especially for on-prem setups. That's where Zoho Flow’s On-Prem Agent comes in, providing a secure gateway between your on-prem system and Zoho Flow without compromising firewall protection. You also get complete visibility and control over every interaction with your integrated systems and automations via Flow's History and Audit Trail feature.
Getting started
SAP Business One integration is now available in Zoho Flow for users on the Professional plan and for customers using Zoho Flow through Zoho One or Zoho Creator 6 (C6). If you're already using SAP Business One, you can begin building automations right away and bring your ERP data closer to the tools your teams use every day.
