We’re thrilled to announce the release of two much-awaited apps in the Zoho Flow integration gallery:
- SAP S/4HANA
- SAP HANA
Whether you manage enterprise operations or data systems, these integrations will let you automate powerful workflows without writing a single line of code.
Why it matters
SAP systems are at the heart of many enterprise processes. But since they’re typically on-premises applications, integrating them with other tools often means relying on custom development or manual workarounds. That’s where Zoho Flow comes in.
Whether your SAP is set up cloud-based, on-prem, or hybrid, you can now build seamless workflows between them and the rest of your business tools—without having to worry about complex setup or security gaps. Just connect, configure, and automate like any other application in your business tech stack.
What you can do
Currently, Zoho Flow supports the following trigger events and actions for SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA:
SAP S/4HANA
- Trigger your flows when a business partner, sales order, or purchase order is created or updated
- Perform actions like creating leads and business partners and fetching customer, business partner, or order details to drive follow-up steps

SAP HANA
- Trigger flows when new rows are added or existing ones are updated
- Insert, update, or fetch database records, just like you would with MySQL or PostgreSQL
Here are a few examples of workflows you can automate with these triggers and actions:
- Automated inventory notifications: When your inventory goes below a certain level, notify the procurement team to restock and update the ERP.
- Customer onboarding: Pull in new business partner details and trigger onboarding workflows in Zoho CRM or Desk.
- Data-driven reporting: Use SAP HANA triggers to populate dashboards in real time or update Google Sheets and BI tools for internal review.
Peace of mind with data security
Integrating on-prem systems often raises questions around data safety and access control. Zoho Flow’s On-Prem Agent is designed with that in mind. It acts as a bridge connecting the apps on your private network with Zoho Flow, ensuring that:
- You can selectively automate data exchange between the apps behind your firewall and the cloud
- All transfers are fully encrypted and initiated from within your environment
- You can monitor and govern every action that connects to your on-prem system
This means you get the flexibility of cloud-based automation with the assurance of enterprise-grade data security.
How to get started
Both SAP HANA and SAP S/4HANA are available for Professional plan users of Zoho Flow and users of Zoho Flow via Zoho One or Zoho Creator (C6 edition).
These integrations are now live in your Zoho Flow account. Go ahead and start streamlining your SAP processes, performing real-time actions, and bringing enterprise data closer to your everyday tools!
