Zoho Office Integrator 2025: An overview of the features we added throughout the year

Wishing you all a very happy and prosperous new year!

When we stepped into 2025, our goal was to empower you to edit one of the most popular document formats: PDFs. So that's exactly what we did. We added a bunch of PDF editing capabilities and enhancements to help you embed our office editors more easily in your web app, along with greater control over their functionalities and features.

As we enter 2026, here's a quick recap of all the capabilities we added to Office Integrator last year, and also a quick overview of what we have in store for this year.

Significant updates to editors in Office Integrator

Zoho Writer

Zoho Sheet

Zoho Show

  • Morph transition: Set smooth, cinematic movement between slides
  • Find and replace fonts with your preferred ones
  • Download specific or multiple slides from your presentations in PDF, JPEG, or PNG formats

New: Edit PDFs from within your web app

You can now edit PDFs from within your web app (in addition to documents, spreadsheets, and presentations) and save them to the storage space you've configured. Overlay text on PDFs, organize their pages, add fillable and sign fields to PDFs, and more.

In case you missed them, you can use these options to get more out of Office Integrator:

Flexible post-paid payment option

Ensure uninterrupted business operations with the flexible post-paid option for additional API calls beyond your subscription plan's limit.

Role-based permission management

Allow users to access only specific features in Office Integrator by applying role-based access permissions.

Support for multiple portals

Create multiple portals for each department and invite only the required users to be a part of each portal.

What's cooking in Office Integrator for 2026 ?

We have an exciting lineup of features for 2026, including:

  • Creating and sharing personalized prefilled forms with data from CSV files
  • Generating spreadsheets with dynamic data fields using mail merge in Zoho Sheet
  • Creating, opening, and editing documents from Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure
  • Tracking file save failures by name in the Admin Console for faster debugging

That's all for now!
