To customize the fields a candidate needs to fill when applying for a specific job opening:

  1. Log in to Zoho Recruit.
  2. On the top panel, click Setup.
  3. Go to the Job Openings module.
  4. Click the desired job opening to open it. You can also follow these steps for a job that has already been published.
  5. Under the Quick Action menu on the right click Publish.
  6. The first step is to mark and select the job boards to which the job opening will be published. Once the selection is made, click Next.
  7. In the second step, common fields required for the job boards need to be filled. Once this is done, click Next.
  8. In the third step, from the drop-down list you can select the Web Form which will be used as the candidate application form for this job opening. If you want to create a new Web Form with selective fields you can do so by clicking Go to Web Forms beside the drop-down list. To learn more on creating Web Forms click here.
  9. When you have selected the Web Form, click Finish.
  10. A Job Publish Information pop-up is displayed with URLs which can be used to embed either the job opening details or the candidate application form for this job opening on other sites. You can use these URLs as necessary. Click Done.
