What are publish fields and how can I set a field in the Job Openings module as a publish field?

Publish fields are those fields in the Job Openings module which are visible to the public, when job postings are published on websites or on job portals.

To set a field in the Job Openings module as a publish field:

  1. Log in to Zoho Recruit.
  2. On the top panel, click on Setup.
  3. Under Customization click Fields.
  4. In the Modules List drop-down list, select Job Openings.
  5. All fields in this module are displayed. Tick the Publish to website checkbox beside the fields you wish to make as publish fields.
    Note: Only those fields set as publish fields will be visible on the careers page and job portals.
