How can I customize search layout? 

Every module in Zoho Recruit has a search option with some standard fields. When you search records based on a value, these field values are displayed for the matching records within the particular module. The search layout can also be customized by enabling additional fields in the search layout for each module.

To customize search layout:

  1. Log in to Zoho Recruit with Administrator privileges.
  2. Click Setup > Customization Search Layout.
  3. In the Search Layout page, select the module from the Modules List and click Edit
  4. In the Fields List section, select the fields (check box) to be included for search.
  5. Click Save.

Note: You can choose a maximum of 6 search criteria fields for global search options within a module.
