How can I delete mail merge templates imported from MS Word?

You can delete the mail merge templates imported from Microsoft Word.

To delete MS Word template:

  1. Click Setup > Templates > Mail Merge Templates.
  2. In the Mail Merge Templates page, move the mouse pointer over the template.
  3. Click Delete.
