Recruit

To associate job openings to candidates:

1. Click Candidates tab.
2. In the Candidates Home page, select the record.
3. In the Record Details page, on the right panel, under the Quick Actions section, click Associate Job Opening.
   Add Existing Job Openings to Candidates:[Candidate] page is displayed.
4. Under Criteria Component, specify the search criteria.
   • Select the options from the drop down lists.
   • Enter the corresponding value in the text box.
     For example, if you want to search for job openings in the Sales field:
   1. Select Posting Title and contains from the drop down lists.
   2. Enter Sales in the text box.  
5. Click Search.
   All the Matching Job Openings are listed.
6. Select a job opening.
7. From the Select Candidate Status drop-down list, choose Associated.
8. Click Associate. 

To associate job opening to multiple candidates:

1. Click Candidates tab.
2. In the Candidates Home page, select the records.
3. Click More Actions > Associate Job Opening.
   Add Existing Job Openings to Candidates selected page is displayed.
4. Under Criteria Component, specify the search criteria.
   1. Select the options from the drop down lists.
   2. Enter the corresponding value in the text box.
5. Click Search.
   All the Matching Job Openings are listed.
6. Select a job opening.
7. From the Select Candidate Status drop-down list, choose Associated.
8. Click Associate.
