How can I post jobs to CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice and CareerOne?
Please note that to post jobs to CareerBuiler or Monster, you need to have a paid account with them.
To start, first enable the job boards by clicking Setup > Job Board Integration > Post Job List. Click the button to turn ON the job boards. Click Save.
Before publishing a job opening to a job board, make sure the below process is followed.
CAREERBUILDER:
To use your existing CareerBuilder account and active inventory through Zoho Recruit, contact your CareerBuilder account manager or CareerBuilder-support. Request that bulk posting be enabled to your account.
After receiving the credentials, update the same in Zoho Recruit to post your jobs on CareerBuilder.
MONSTER:
To use your existing Monster account and active inventory through Zoho Recruit, contact your Monster account manager or Monster-help. Request your account be updated to enable both RTP Credentials and Custom Apply.
After receiving the RTP Credentials, update the same in Zoho Recruit to post your jobs on Monster.
Note: RTP Credentials and Monster Login Credentials are not the same.
DICE:
To post jobs on Dice, follow the steps:
- Get your Dice ID, Username and Password from the account representative.
- Enter the details in the Job Board integrations page to verify your account.
- Click Save.
Once your account is setup properly, you can publish jobs to the job boards by selecting a job opening in Zoho Recruit and clicking Publish button and selecting CareerBuilder/ Monster/ Dice options.
CAREERONE:
To use your existing CareerOne account and active inventory through Zoho Recruit, contact your CareerOne account manager or CareerOne-Help. Request your account be updated to enable both RTP Credentials and Custom Apply.
After receiving the RTP Credentials, update the same in Zoho Recruit to post your jobs on CareerOne.
Note: RTP Credentials and CareerOne Login Credentials are not the same.
