How to sign in when using Google Apps, Gmail, Facebook or other login credentials?
If you are accessing Zoho Recruit account through 3rd party apps like Google Apps, Gmail etc., you won't be able to log in directly into Zoho Recruit. You can use the same email address, but you need to generate a new password to use Resume Extractor.
The user has to reset his password using the Forgot Password link in the Zoho Recruit login page and use the new password to access the application. Click here to learn how to reset the password.
