How can I submit resume to the hiring manager?
You can send selected candidate resume to hiring managers for perusal.
Note: By default, only Administrator and Standard profiles will have access to the feature.
To submit resume to hiring manager:
- Click the Candidates tab.
- In the Candidates Home page, click a record.
The Candidates Details page is displayed. - Click Submit to Hiring Manager on the right panel.
- In the Send Mail pop-up window, do the following:
- Search and enter the Department name and Job Opening.
- Select the Email Template or manually enter the Subject and compose the email message.
- Change the From address if required. Also, attach files and enter additional email addresses in the CC field (if required).
- Click Send.
Note: While selecting the email template to be sent to the hiring manager, only templates created under the Candidate module will be listed.
