How can I do an advanced search?
With the advanced search option, you can search records in two ways.
To search records by criteria:
- Click the [Module] tab.
- In the [Module] home page, click the Search icon.
- In the Search drop-down list, click Advanced Search.
Advanced Search page is displayed. - Click the Criteria Search tab.
- In the Criteria Search section, you can do the following:
- Select the module.
- Enter Keywords in the respective fields.
- Choose the option as to who can see this view.
- Specify your criteria.
- Click Search.
The search results are displayed.
- Click the [Module] tab.
- In the [Module] home page, click the Search icon.
- In the Search drop-down list, click Advanced Search.
Advanced Search page is displayed. - Click the Custom Search tab.
- In the Custom Search section, you can do the following:
- Select the module.
- Enter All Keywords with Criteria in the respective field.
For example: (Java AND J2EE) OR (.NET AND C) - Select the checkbox(es) to restrict the search to the respective sections.
- Choose the option as to who can see this view.
- Click Search.
The search results are displayed.
Note: Module refers to the Candidates, Contacts, Clients etc. tabs. Only records from the selected modules will be listed.
