How can I view the storage details?

You can purchase additional file storage (minimum 1 GB) priced at USD 3/month for 1 GB. You can purchase up to 100 GB extra storage from the Manage Subscription page in your Recruit account. Please note that the option to purchase additional storage is not available in the Free Edition.

To view the file storage:

  1. Click Setup > Data Administration > Storage.
  2. In the Storage Usage page,  you can see the file storage details of individual users.

Note: The storage space includes the space taken up by attachments in individual emails, email templates and also the attachments in records.
