How can I create a territory?

Users with the Administrator profile can create territories. Territory managers also have the default privilege to create sub territories for their territories.

To create territories:

  1. Click Setup > Territory Management > Territories.
  2. Click New New Territory.
  3. In the Public Groups List page, click on Edit.
  4. In the Create Territory page, do the following:
    • Enter the Territory name
    • Enter Territory Manager
  5. Click Create.
