How can I enable job posting to Twitter?

To post jobs to Twitter, you need to enable your Twitter account in Zoho Recruit. Only when they are enabled, the publish option will be available under the Job Openings module.

To enable Twitter:

  1. Click Setup > Job Boards Integration > Post Jobs List.
    Twitter will be listed under the Social Networks section.
  2. Click the button to turn ON and enable Twitter.
    Social Settings page is displayed.
  3. Click Add Account.
    The Twitter authorize app pop-up page is displayed.
  4. Specify the Twitter Username or Email and Password for authentication.
  5. Click Authorize app
    Your organization's Twitter account will be associated to your Zoho Recruit account.
To enable permission for the Twitter account:
  1. Click Setup > Job Boards Integration > Post Jobs List.
    Twitter will be listed under the Social Networks section.
  2. Click Details.
    Social Settings page is displayed. The available Twitter accounts are listed here.
  3. Click the Permissions icon.
    The following table is displayed:
     
  4. Click the Add Profile link under the Set Permissions and Permitted Profiles sections to enable permissions for the related action.
    A box is displayed with the list of profiles.
  5. Select the profile you want and click Add.
    The profile will be displayed under the respective Set Permissions and Permitted Profiles section.
Note:
  • By default, only the Administrator will have access to the Twitter account.
  • For Standard Edition, only the Job Posting section will be enabled.
