How can I map Zoho Recruit modules and fields with Zoho CRM?

Before syncing data from Zoho CRM, you need to map the Zoho Recruit modules and fields with the corresponding ones from Zoho CRM.

To map Zoho Recruit modules with Zoho CRM:

  1. Click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Zoho Apps > Zoho CRM.
    Zoho CRM page is displayed. Select either 1-way Sync or 2-way Sync.
  2. Under the Sync Zoho CRM data to Zoho Recruit section, select the Zoho CRM module corresponding to the Zoho Recruit module from the drop-down list.
    The Zoho Recruit modules are mapped to the Zoho CRM modules.  

To map Zoho Recruit fields with Zoho CRM:

  1. Click Setup > Apps & Add-ons > Zoho Apps > Zoho CRM.
    Zoho CRM page is displayed. Select either 1-way Sync or 2-way Sync.
  2. Under the Sync Zoho CRM data to Zoho Recruit section, to map the Recruit fields in a module, click the Sync Settings ( icon) link provided next to the module.
    [Field] Mapping page is displayed.
    Note: Cross Modules and Custom Modules cannot be synced.
  3. Select the Zoho CRM view. In the case of 2-way sync, select the corresponding Zoho Recruit view as well.
  4. Map the Zoho Recruit fields with the corresponding Zoho CRM fields.
  5. Click Save.
