Manage Booking
After the tickets are booked online, you can change the date of your booking or cancel it if required.
Note: This feature is available only for users using the US edition of Zoho Expenses.
Change Flight Date
You can reschedule your flight booking if you need to travel on a different date.
Note:
- You can only reschedule the date of your flight travel.
- If you’re unable to change your flight travel dates yourself, click Contact Support in the pop-up.
- Go to Trips on the left sidebar.
- Click the trip and go to the booking for which you want to change the travel date.
- Under the Itinerary tab, click Change Date for the booking you want to change.
- Select the itineraries to change the date.
- Select the Rescheduled Date. Charges may apply based on the airline’s date change policy.
- Click Search. The available flight options for the selected date will be displayed.
- Click View Options for your preferred flight.
- Select your preferred fare option and click Proceed to Checkout. You will be redirected to the checkout page.
- Verify the booking details and click Continue.
- Add your card details or select the card from which you would like to make the payment and click Book Now.
Cancel Booking
If a booking is no longer required, you can cancel your booking. Here’s how:
Note: If you’re unable to cancel the booking yourself, click Contact Support in the pop-up.
- Go to Trips on the left sidebar.
- Click the trip for which you want to cancel the booking.
- Under the Itinerary tab, click Cancel for the booking you want to cancel.
- Review the refund details and click Confirm Cancellation. Your booking will be canceled. You can view it under Canceled Itineraries in the trip’s details page.
View Booking Confirmation
Once your tickets and reservations are booked, you can view them. Here’s how:
- Go to Trips on the left sidebar.
- Click the trip for which you want to view the booking confirmation.
- Under the Itinerary tab, click View Booking Confirmation of the booking for which you would like to view the confirmation.
Contact Support
- If you need help with any of your bookings, you can go to the respective booking under Itinerary and click Need Help to get in touch with our support agent.
- Contact the travel support agent using the phone number mentioned on the right pane of the trip details page.
