Zoho Contracts now offers the Counterparty Initiated Contracts feature that allows users to import contracts initiated by counterparties into Zoho Contracts and record their entire contract lifecycle process, just like contracts created from your organization.

Zoho Contracts now allows admins to set a default locale for contract documents. They can configure locale-specific formats for date, time, and number fields directly within the document settings.

Zoho Contracts allows users to set their regional preferences for a more personalized experience. They can choose their country, language, time zone, date and time formats, and number formats to match their preferences.

Zoho Contracts now supports time zone settings at the organization and contract document levels. Admins can set a default time zone for the organization and define time zone preferences for each contract type, allowing contract owners to select the required time zone for individual contracts.

This ensures that all contract-related dates, such as effective dates, expiration dates, and obligations, are aligned with the correct time zone. We've also added predefined Time Zone and Time Zone/Time Period clauses to help avoid confusion in international agreements.

With the Attachments feature in Zoho Contracts, you can add files and links to your contracts at any stage. You can add supporting files and documents—such as technical requirements, insurance certificates, and more—as attachments. Non-disclosure agreements and statement of work (SOW) records in Zoho Contracts can also be added as links.

The Zoho Contracts Android app is now live! The app allows you to access contract summaries and counterparty information instantly. You can also approve or reject contracts and manage contractual obligations when you're on the move. It provides a high-level overview of your contracts with its mobile dashboard.

Zoho Contracts now supports an out-of-the-box integration with ChatGPT. With this integration, you can discover contract obligations, receive recommendations for any missing standard clauses, summarize contracts in non-legal terms, and obtain suggestions for clause languages and translate them.

Note: This integration is available only for Premium Plan users of Zoho Contracts.

You will now receive in-app notifications in the Zoho Contracts iOS app for actions related to your contract. These notifications can be found under the Notifications tab within the app

You can now manage contracts across multiple organizations with separate Zoho Contracts account for each organization. The subscription is billed separately for each organization. A user can be part of multiple organizations in Zoho Contracts with different user roles. Users can also switch between organizations from any organization they are part of.

Add or edit signers, set signing order, and send your contracts for signature from the Zoho Contracts iOS mobile app. You can also recall signatures, replace signers, and extend signature expiry from the mobile app.

With this integration, you can affix digital stamp papers to your contract documents and get Aadhaar-based signatures in Zoho Contracts. This integration is available for users in our Indian data center.

Set a common header and footer, such as your company's logo, for all your contract documents in one place. This ensures uniformity across all contracts in your organization.

Add custom fields and assign them default values at the contract type level. These fields will be auto-filled within the contract document at the time of contract creation.

Pull data from and push data into Zoho Contracts using our application programming interface (API). Integrate Zoho Contracts with other Zoho services, third-party portals, websites, and applications.

Add attachments such as an appendix, schedules, and exhibits to your contract templates in Zoho Contracts. This section accompanies the contract document to facilitate clear understanding of select aspects of the agreement.

Users can now switch the text direction to RTL (Right to Left) to include languages such as Arabic or Hebrew in the content of the contract.
