Zoho Contracts is a comprehensive contract management solution. It streamlines your contracting process by automating your contract lifecycle. Proposify, on the other hand, offers a contract management solution as an extension of its proposal software. It focuses more on creating proposals and authoring and approving contracts. It doesn’t provide features such as obligations management, change management, and extensive reports and analytics.
