In Zoho CRM, Zia can scan the content of every email to identify a positive, negative, or neutral tone. Similarly, in Zoho Desk, Zia identifies the sentiments attached to customer support tickets. 

This will help your sales reps and support agents act on negative customer feedback quickly, before things go south.
