In Zoho CRM, Zia computes and shows sales representatives the best time to call a lead by keeping an eye on customer behavior.

In Zoho Desk, the Reply Assistant powered by Zia pre-populates help desk messages that support agents can send out in a click. Zia identifies key terms in a ticket and pre-populates responses.

You can even Ask Zia to pull up a report instead of using spreadsheets, or type out your question and receive a generated report with the answer. The Ask Zia functionality is powered by Zoho Analytics.
