Why is the resume not getting parsed using Zoho Recruit Resume Extractor?

Though the Resume Extractor has a very user-friendly interface and intuitive features, in certain cases the plug-in holds some limitations.

  1. When information is parsed, the values in field types - File Upload or a Lookup will be imported but it won't be displayed while parsing.
  2. The information can't be imported if the resume is opened in the PDF format in the browser.
  3. The images in the resume won't be parsed.
