How to make Voice/ Video calls via Cliq from Zoho Mail

Face to face conversation works magic, cutting down the number of to and fro emails. Just start voice/ video call via Cliq, in Zoho Mail, to talk to your colleagues, get their verbal and non-verbal cues, right from within the email.

Use the Audio/ Video icons from the contact card to have some real-time discussions. In an email, your contacts, the senders and the recipients have a contact card, irrespective of whether they are in To/ Cc lists. Click on the name to open the contact card. In the contact card, click the Audio call/ Video call icon to start an in-person conversation with that contact.

Once you click and allow access to your microphone and camera, you can start a video call with your contact!
