Filter by Options for Client Requests

You can filter and view client requests based on fields such as associated client, status of the client request, client request priority and assigned user. Here’s how you can do this:

You can filter client requests by the following filters:

Now you can view the client requests that apply to your selected filter.

You can also view all the requests or only the sign requests by clicking the Client Requests view dropdown at the top of the page.

Cloning client requests

You can use the clone option to create client requests that are similar. This saves you the hassle of creating the similar client requests from scratch. Here’s how you can clone a client request:

Your new client request will now be saved.

Editing client requests

You can edit the client request to change the details of a client request when necessary.

Note: The client selected in a client request cannot be changed once the request is created.

Here’s how you can edit a client request:

  1. Go to the Client Requests module from the sidebar.
  2. Navigate to the client requests details page.
  3. Click the More icon in the top right corner of the page.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Make the required changes to your client details and click Save.

Here’s how you can delete a client request:

Once a client request is deleted, you will not be able to retrieve it.
