Tag Client’s Organization

Prerequisite:

This feature will be available in your Zoho Practice organization if you’ve joined as a Zoho Partner.

In Zoho Practice, when you onboard clients and associate them with Zoho Finance applications, the respective application will be tagged to your Zoho Store account. This helps you earn profits and partner benefits on the Zoho Finance applications your clients use.

You can tag your client’s organization in two ways:

Tag Clients’ Organizations Automatically

When you add clients to your Zoho Practice organization and associate Zoho Finance applications with them, the organizations created in those applications will be automatically tagged to your Zoho Store account.

Note:

If your client creates an organization in any Zoho Finance application on their own, that organization will not be tagged to your Zoho Store account. For example, when you add a client in Zoho Practice and associate them with Zoho Books, the client’s Zoho Books organization will be tagged to your Zoho Store account. But, if your client creates an organization in Zoho Payroll on their own, the Payroll organization will not be tagged to your Zoho Store account.

Send Tag Requests

If you’ve manually imported clients, an email will be sent to the admin who created your client’s organization with the tag request. When the admin accepts the request, their organization will be tagged to your Zoho Store account.

View Tag Status

To view the tag status of your clients:

Under Client Details, you can view the list of the Zoho Finance applications tagged to your Zoho Store account, along with their tag status.

If any application is tagged, you can earn partner benefits when your client makes any purchase in their Zoho Finance applications. Learn more about partner benefits.
