Resource Booking Summary

In Zoho Calendar Admin Console, administrators can generate a comprehensive summary of room bookings across various locations within the organization. 

​Booking Summary

You can generate booking summary for specific rooms available in your organization. To generate the summary, you need to specify the location of the room and the date range for which you want the summary.

Steps to view summary:

  1. Log in to Zoho Calendar Admin Console
  2. Navigate to the Resource Booking section on the left pane.
  3. Select Booking Summary from the top pane.
  4. Choose the desired branch, building, floor, room, and set the date range.
  5. Click on the Check Summary button.
  6. The booking summary containing the following details will be displayed:
    • Start and End Times : Indicates the booking duration.
    • Timezone : The time zone in which the booking was made.
    • Booked for whole day : Shows whether the room is booked for the entire day or just for specific hours.

You can select a maximum of 30 days to view the summary at a time. If multiple days are selected, the summary will be displayed separately by date.

Note

  • The summary can only be viewed for future bookings from today and within a 30-day period.
  • Resource Booking feature is available only for users with one of the Zoho Mail paid plans.
