What is SMS Gateway?
SMS Gateway is a Zoho Recruit feature that enables the user to quickly send messages to Candidates/Contacts. With the SMS Gateway, you can notify information to Candidate/Contact through different ways:
- Send SMS to a single Candidate/Contact
- Send mass SMS to Candidates/Contacts
- Send mass SMS to Candidates/Contacts based on a criteria
- Send SMS to Interviewer on Scheduling interview (Note: The Interviewer must be a Contact in Zoho Recruit).
Note:
- The SMS Gateway feature is available for Enterprise users only.
- Only the Admin can create SMS templates for Candidates, Contacts and Interviewer.
- Admin and Recruiter can send SMS to Interviewer, Candidates and Contacts as Single/Bulk.
- Candidates and Contacts contact numbers should be stored with their respective country code.
- SMS/Text message should not exceed more than 500 characters.
